Kathryn Weeks, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology at Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics in Dahlonega, GA.
Kathryn Weeks has been a nurse since 2004, beginning her career in hospital-based care with a focus on labor and delivery. She spent over a decade working in the hospital setting, including time as a travel nurse, before advancing her education. Kathryn earned her nursing degree from the University of North Georgia and later completed her Nurse Practitioner training with dual specialties in Women’s Health and Adult Health at Georgia State University in 2015. She is currently finishing her 3rd NP degree to be a Family Nurse practitioner.
Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Kathryn has worked in women’s health in Dawsonville, Georgia, where she has developed a strong passion for patient education and preventative care. She is excited about transitioning into dermatology, where she looks forward to caring for patients across the lifespan—from children to adults—helping men and women feel confident in their skin while addressing both medical and preventative dermatologic concerns.
Outside of her professional work, Kathryn is a devoted wife and mother of three children, ages 11, 10, and 8. She is actively involved in the Lumpkin County community through her children’s school activities and youth sports, including soccer and basketball. Kathryn also enjoys traveling with her family and prioritizes exploring a new destination each year to expose her children to different cultures and perspectives around the world.
