Grace Delerme, DNP, FNP-C is a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of patient care experience,
blending a strong foundation in critical care with a deep passion for dermatology. She earned her
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University
and began her career in critical care intensive units, where she served as both a charge nurse and
a rapid response nurse.
After 12 years in the ICU, Grace pursued her Family Nurse Practitioner license and joined
Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics, where she developed expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range
of dermatological conditions. She later took a break from patient care to support her husband’s
career overseas in Germany and Thailand.
Now back home in Georgia, Grace is thrilled to reunite with Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics, bringing
her expertise, compassion, and commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to her
patients. In addition to her clinical work, she proudly serves as an Advisory Board Member for
Clinics IV Life, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding maternal and newborn
healthcare access in underserved communities across Southeast Asia.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. She
also loves traveling, cooking, baking, and is a dedicated fitness enthusiast.
